Publisher Upgrade Tool: 9.0 to 10.0, "No valid publisher license was found"

I am attempting to upgrade from a version 9 Publisher to a version 10 Publisher on a separate server, and when I start the Publisher Upgrade Tool on the v10 Server, I get the following error message: "No valid publisher license was found"

I am using a valid publisher license. Has anyone successfully done an upgrade from version 9 to version 10?

Thanks!
Gary

I'm having the same issue - did you find an answer?

Thanks!

I just tried to upgrade and enocountered the same error. Another think I noticed is that it says "QlikView Publisher 9 Upgrade" should it not say 10?

I was missing C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter/reginfo.txt copied it from the current server it ran OK and told me I was up to date

You shouldn't need to run the Publisher Upgrade Tool to do a QlikView 9 to QlikView 10 upgrade.

You should check the recently published QlikView Upgrade and Migration document. http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-2647
