Publisher job is running through username but not through Domain\username

Hi,

I am able to run through username  but it is not accessible to me and others because i am login through domain\username.

on the other hand i am not able to run job using Domain\username.

but when i uncheck strict exclusion .it is running and also accessible to user.

i am not  able to understand what happening here.

could somebody help me on this?

Hi,

Are you talking about

1) QlikView Services Account?

2) or in QEMC-->Distribution service --> Login.

Is it section access or what?

NTNAME : domain\username (on this job is not running but  username running the job but cannot have access to app after published qvw)

Hi,

May I know where you have provided credentials.

I believe you have to provide at below path.

QEMC-->System --> Setup -->Distribution service -->Advance tab.

This is the only place you have to provide section access credentials.

Make sure service account also belongs to section access.

Hi,

For the service account the setting should be something like:

ACCESS,NTNAME,LEVEL

ADMIN, SERIVEACCOUNTNAME,

USER,BILLBOB, 1

Notice level is blank.
