Publisher with MSSQL repository - task problems

Hi All,

I have a big problem with sending pdf via email by publisher. After migrating from  QVS 9 to QVS 10 SR2 we  experienced huge problem. Publisher sometimes doesn't make loop on email address and just send everything to everyone.

Hs anyone experienced this too?
