QDS and DSC services down

Hi,

We did config QV environment 1 yr back and everything was running fine but from last week onwards QDS,DSC servicess are getting every week with the following  error  message PFA i would need some help on this..

check whether all the Qlikview services are running on the server or not.

goto windows-->type 'Services' in windows search and check

Service account is no longer working or Domain information are changed.

Please change services account as new admin account and try running it.

Hi,

Make sure your service account is not removed from Qlikview administrators and local administrator groups.

Ashfaq,

Service account was not removed from Qlikvie administrators aand local administrator group as i restarted the services they got started  but iam suprised with the windows log error i dont know why it was througing this error.

Is it like your services are down?

If not then I think that is extra loggin you can ignore.

If your services are down then you need to drive deep.

Hi,

Check once with Network administrator team whether they have changed the service account credentials like username or password .

Did you check license validity?
