Discussion Board for collaboration related to QlikView Deployment.
I don't know why because I wasn't working on my Qlikview server but when I logged on this afternoon, I noticed the QDS service was disconnected and so no tasks were displayed.
As I didn't know what to do, I have decided to restart this service. But it turned out that this service is now "stopping" and I cannot do anything else on it...
What can I do now ???
I would also be happy if you have an idea on why that kind of thing happens.

how are the services logged in?
There are logged with the right AD account.

I think you are using version 9 of Qlikview.
I strongly suggest to upgrade in case you use version 9. As this is no more supported by qlik.
I finally asked to the netword administrator for some help to restart the service and it then worked.
