I am trying to apply some updates in my QV Server 10 SR4... and I have this message as an answer:
How can I fix that, and why is appearing all the time?
Juan, check your publisher license, there might be something wrong with it.
check it how? I have all the fields clear, after I have typed it. I don't know what caused that.
First, do you have a publisher license? is the support end date correct in that license? do you get an error when you try to apply it?
Yes I have e publisher licence, and when i applied it i didn't get any error not even with the server licence. It was suddendly this error
And what's the support end date?
I don't see that in my licence, could be because I have a SPECIAL_EDITION;RESELLER???
No, but if it's a reseller license then probably the time limit has expired, can you post your LEF without the serial number?

Your license expired 16 days ago, you need to get in contact with a QlikTech representative and ask them for the licenses renewal.
