QV Application Not Converting into Excel file Through WebPortal

Dear Community,

                             when ever the QV Application open through Web i am trying convert to Excel file but not converting

Showing .xls  is locked for editing by 'admin' , Can anybody give the solution.

Hi,

This has nothing to do with Qlik, As is clearly shows security issue or your office policy.

May be your System admin or Network team helps you out here.
