QV - Citrix - IE Plugin Language

Hey, does anybody know how to change the default PlugIn language from English to another in a Citrix environment. Changing the Settings.ini on the QV-Server seems not to work.

This need to be changed within the settings.ini from (each) citrix-user. But you could it change per plugin, too. There click on menu, the user preferences and I think it was in tab general about in the middle.

1. Is it for all the users or only to the particular user ?
