QV PATCH upgrade QV 11 SR10 to 12

We are using QlikView 11 SR 10 and have a plan to upgrade it to QlikView 11 SR12. The below component installed 3 virtual machines-

Machine 1-

QV directory service

QV server service

Machine 2-

QV distribution service

QV management service

Machine 3-

IIS

I have prepared installation and backup steps(attached). Please validate whether it is right or not.

Do I need to take any other action for a successfull upgrade?

We are using IEPlugin and desktop client.  Please let me know the client upgrade process.

no one replied that means no one upgraded qlikview sr10 to sr 12..Please help if anyone knows.

HI Sumar,

see the standard  document attached, it's for v11, but the process is the same. For the QV Client, just install over the top of the existing version.
