I have this QVServer in a recently clean installed Windows Server 2003.
All the services were going well, and suddendly in the Enterprise Management Console the QVS@ service is not reading the service in Windows (all the services in Windows are still up).
Why does this happen, how can I solve it?
Which QV Version? Did you just upgrade? Do you have same license keys applied on another QV server on the network? And finally check QVS logs and see what you find there.
I'm using QVS SR4 10 and QV SR3 10. I have another QVS in the network but with different licences, because they are two different enterprises but they share Network and DB. How can I check the QV logs?
