QVS is showing off duty

Hi All,

Qlikview server is showing off duty..Licences are updated properly...While clicking on qlikview server below error is coming which is there in the screenshot.

Instaid of showing many tabs its showing only 2 tabs in qvs...

Please help me..

I have tried to clear the licence on one server and applied the same on other but qlikview portal is not opening getting no server error.

I am trying to clear the license info on one server but its not clearing, so please help me if any solution is there for this...

Shut sown the QlikView Server service and then go to the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer and delete all the files that are in that folder.
