QVS: is there a log file for checking email setup

Hello,

We use QV Server 9, and it seems we are not able to correctly setup email configuration on the server.

I tried with our local SMTP server address, but we always get a failure when we send the test e-mail !!!

( I also downloaded the QVW examples about email, but with those, I get a CDO error !!! )

I was thinking about a log file somewhere, in order to help us in solving this problem. But I haven't found it.

Any advice ?

Try creating a task that will email someone upon completion. When it fails, view the task's log.
