Qlik App shows 'Updating. Please try again...' on accesspoint

Hello team,

I have a QlikView app, that needs to be refreshed every 15 mins on the server. If a user opens the app/ accessing the application during the refresh they get a pop-up message saying 'Updating. Please try again'.

I made the following changes on the applications server settings and checked 'Allow one copy on server' in QMC.

After making these settings, I expected the app would refresh automatically without showing the message. But the users still see the message. Do you guys know any fix?
