Qlik Sense hub access from external

Hi,

I have installed Qlik Sense server(3.1) version in Windows 2012 R2 server and it is working fine in the internal network. I can access QMC and Hub from any pc or server in our internal network. As we are using 443 port for some other purpose , I have change the port number to 3443 and it is still working in the internal network without any issues.

After opening the relevant port in the router and windows fire wall, I am trying to access through web and attached error message occurs. So I have added external IP, URL in to virtual proxy white list. Still there is no change. Still same error message pop up on hub access but I can access QMC from external.

Can you please assist
