QlikView Server 11.20 SR13>>CAL assignment problem with an expired quarantined

I'm not assign the CAL with quarantine expired to another user. I already tried to restart all QlikView Server services.

Do you have any suggestions for me ??

Its possible to licence your entire server again?(assuming that you have just this 5 named calls)

Hello, you have 5 named calls.I noticed that waiting longer, broke free license that was quarantined.
