QlikView access over internet

Hi,

We have procured QlikView extranet server license. We have hosted the QlikView server internal to our domain and using apache server with reverse proxy to provide access to this site to customers (external over internet).

When customers type the URL (https://abc.com) it will redirect them to a custom login page that we have created. After providing the correct credentials it will redirect to the QlikView access point.

But while loading the access point, it is giving a pop-up for user credentials. Only after entering valid domain credentials access point is coming with dashboards. The below is the configuration we have done for the server along with software version

QlikView: 11 SR1 (with extranet license)

Webserver: IIS 7 (anonymus access has been enabled at application pool as well as site level)

OS: Windows Server 2008

Also the same pop-up for the user credentials will not come if I access the URL (https://abc.com) within the domain.

Could you please help me to identify the reason for this and a solution for the same?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Murali
