QlikView desktop on NPrinting server

Hi

We have upgraded QlikView server from 12.1 to 12.3 SR2 (Nov. 2018). But the QlikView desktop on the NPrinting servers are still from 12.1 version. Is it ok or we must upgrade the QV Desktop on the NPrinting server as well?

The NPrinting version is February 2019.

Hello!

It is always advised to upgrade your QlikView systems in their entirety. So, Server and Clients need to be on the same version.

Looking at NPrinting compatibility you're good with 12.30 as well.
