Qlikview Access Point Issue

Hi,

I am publishing applications in the root folder using publisher and when I am trying to open the application from the access point,

I am able to see the sample applications when we install qlikview. eg(Movies database, Sales Compass).

When I refresh the page I am able to see the other applications,

Sometimes Its showing as No Connection when I am trying to open the application.

Please help

Yes Mukesh, I have checked.

its C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents

In QMC --> System --> Set up --> Qlikview Server --> FOlder --> Root folder

There it is servername\Documents

we are facing the problem very recenly,

It was working from long time.

Hi,

The issue has been resolved.

Recently we have installed os updates in the machine where qlikview server is installed,

we uninstalled MS Update KB3031432, Then it worked fine.

This is a temporary fix provided by qliktech team.
