Hi All,
I am facing an unusual error in qlikview accesspoint (chrome) when I try to click on any dashboard as follows :-
"The page at localhost says :
Failed to load :
URL: undefined
(a check box) Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues."
The same thing in IE shows "loading..." in the top right corner.
It used to work fine till 10 days back but right now I am not able to access any dashboards.
Please help

Hi Ashfaq,
Found something strange.
When I click on "Internet Explorer Plugin" in "view details" for each dashboard on accesspoint in Internet Explorer.
I am able to open and access the dashboards properly.
But even after reinstalling the chrome, it doesn't work.
I have attached the snapshots in order of 1,2 & 3 to explain you what type of error & its result is shown.

The refreshing of the link keeps on happening as shown in the image 3.

Hello,
The issue might be something within the document that Ajax can't handle. What you can try is the elimination process, which means is make a copy of that document and then eliminate each object at a time, until all works fine. Now, the last object you removed make another copy from the original and just removed the last object when you notice all worked, and if that works that could be the root cause. Now, if that the case, I would suggest to reach Qlik support for more details and see if they can spot a bug already submitted or it is a new bug.
Best Regards,
Gio
