Qlikview Publihser Installation

Hi All,

Firstly, apologies if this falls outside the bounds of the community - I've not heard anything back from my Qliktech account manager and I need a quick response. I've received my licence for the Qlikview Publisher by email, and have entered the details into the appropriate place in the Management Console, however (as described in the Publisher documentation) I need to install Publisher from QvPublisherX64SetupRedist.exe - a file I don't have. There used to be a full page of download options on the Qlikview website, however now you only get the option for Qlikview v10. Should I have been sent the Publisher executable file by Qliktech, or is there somewhere I can download it from?

There is no separate software needed to be installed for Publisher. All the Publisher components are fully integrated into QlikView Server installation software. The features of Publisher will be activated when you enter the license data for the Publisher in the QMC or QEMC.

That makes sense (I can now see the services showing in the Management Console). The documentation steps show installing Publisher from a Publisher-specific file, which is somewhat misleading! Thanks for your help. Regards, Tim
