Qlikview Server Off Duty

Hi,

I have qlikview server installed in 2 machines using cluster mode.

The qlikview server installed in 2nd machine is always showing as off Duty.

You seem to not have a proper license for clustering. Clustering needs special license. Do you have that? check the 'NUMBER_OF_CLUSTER_NODES;2;;' in your LEF.

You may check the services are running under same accounts. Check the services have proper rights.

Check under the license tab, whether the servers have licenses.

Off Duty is the case where you use same License in two machines.

Can you confirm the entry NUMBER_OF_CLUSTER_NODES;2;;' In your License.

If not, then this is obvious, you cannot use same License in two different machines.
