Query on PDF distribution with Publisher

Hi everyone,

I have a query on how i would distribute PDF's to regional managers..

the QVW is set to loop & reduce based on a region field and each PDF is given a dynamic name of REPORT NAME-REGION NAME.

I dont have email addresses anywhere and was wondering if it would work if i hardcoded them into the script..

LOAD * INLINE [

Email Address, Region

Name@Company.co.uk, South West

]

Would this work (only send the South West report to this email address)?

would i then choose 'Field Containing Recipient Information' = Email Address

                                'Check User Identity on'=EmailAddress

If you are using version 11 you can use a field in the document that has the email address in it to do the distribution. See the attached.

Hi Bill,

Unfortunately my client is still on V9. I have managed to get it working now using the loop in field method.
