Qv 9.0 (Desktop) hangs upon startup unless it is "Run as" administrator
Hoping to seek some help here from the experts. Recently our company had migrated to new policies and the previous installation of QV 9.0 (desktop) had started to fail. We have tried to investigate and noted that it will only run if we configure the software to "Run as" administrator.
As part of the security best practice, our organisation do not allow this. May I know if anyone knows exactly what permission is reuqired for QV 9.0 (desktop) to run?
