QvAJAXZfc Access Point link broken

I used to host various qlikview .qvw files on server and can easily access, but now i am getting broken link error for all my .qvw files when i access the same URL - http://10.xx.xx.21/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=qlikview|Dashboard.qvw&client=Ajax

It seems someone changed some settings. What i need to verify under IIS, Qlikview Server Console and Enterprise console for again working .qvw properly.

Thanks!

Hello,

First of all, check in the QlikView Enterprise Management Console (the outher Console would do as well, but I'm must used to this one), Documents tab, that your document icons appear green and not in UPPERCASE. If that's the ase, go to System, Setup, QlikView Servers, click on yours, Folders tab and check that the folders (root and mounted, if any) exist and have proper permissions.

Hope that helps.

You may need a &host=QVS@xxx-qv on the tail end of the link? I believe there is a default for the host QVS process name and if you are using another you may need to include this?

Can you please elaborate?

Have the documents the right permissions?

Are the users reaching the server?

Are they able to see the Accesspoint webpage?

Are they prompted for credentials or if any, send the correct ones?
