Re : Accesspoint on Mozilla Firfox is not working

Hi,

    We are facing a strange problem using the Firefox browser to access the Accesspoint. When we are passing the user credentials it's throughing the error Login Failed. If we use chrome/IE it's working fine.

    We are using the QV server Version11 with the IIS  and SSL Configuration. In the QMC under Authentication tab "Authentication we set as Always","Type NTLM" and "Login Page as Default Login Page". We are using the Active Directory for the User list. We are using Autherization as DMS.

I would think this is something with the code for your login page. Authenication is a function of Windows and not QlikView. So, if you are using custom pages you need to make sure you are doing it correctly.
