Reload - In Memory Analysis Question

When the data is being reloaded into Memory - does this take the app off-line or can users continue to work while this is being done?

We are new to the app and just trying to figure some things out!

In the server environment, the app is available to the user while the reload is occuring. When the reload completes, you have several options controlled by a combination of server settings and Document Properties.

Read about "graceful document refresh" in the Ref Guide. You have several options -- leave current users alone, refresh any currently open sessions, prompt the user, etc.
