Hi,

I'm trying to reload a document using Management Console and the reload fails. The document runs fine when reloaded using QlikView Desktop with OLEDB connectivity.

The Log file reads as follows:

Can somebody tell me what could be the problem?

Thanks,

Sampath,

The issue was with the DSN. Changed the User DSN to System DSN and it worked!

Thanks,

-Khaled.

The service account mentioned by sampath is the account the runs the qlikview server services. Maybe there is some restrictions for this user

Is you server 64bit? what about the qv desktop? Maybe you should try to force a 32 bit ODBC connection

Erich

Hello Erich,

Thank you for your response.

The issue is fixed now. It's a problem of selecting the correct DSN, which should've been a System DSN and not a User DSN..

Regards,

-Khaled.
