Reload document on event from another task QlikView Server

Hello everyone,

In the QlikView Server there is a setting that you can start reloading a document on a event from another task. You can shoose Select, Succesfull or failed.

What I want to achieve is the following thing.

I have 5 QVD Loaders which simultaneously reloading. I want my dashboard to start reloading if all the QVD Loaders are finished reloading.

Is it possible to make a group or something and then create a setting setting like 'reloading a document on a event from another task when a group successfully reloaded'?

Hi Jeroen,

Yes, this would be "On muliple events completed" task. You would hit the (green +) sign and add the QVD tasks.

I can't find this feature in our QlikView Server.

Is it possible that this option is only available in a Enterprise edition? We are using Small Business Edition.

Hi Jeroen,

You need to have a publisher license to be able to use triggered tasks. Without the publisher part are you limited to time scheduled reloads.

You can also reload qlikview documents by using dos commands using batch file.
