Reports (Barcharts ) on accesspoint are not showing the colors

Hi,

I have developed reports for qlikview application on desktop version .

I have enabled Force Color on USER Preferences it was showing the colors that are present for the bar charts.

When the same application deployed on the access point  its not showing the colors , It displays only black/white.

Do i need to configure anything on the server to display the reports as  Colored ones..

Hi Clever ,

I have color printer Lexmark Universal PS3 and i changed the setting to the color .

Still the pdf with charts(Barcharts,Pie charts) is showing as Black /white. or do i need to install the color printer on the server side and make it as default printer. so whenever the user access through the access point the charts get printed as colored.

I have attached a screen shot of the setting on the user machine...

Could you plz direct me in right direction to fix this  issue.
