If an end user plays around with an original object (mistakenly or otherwise- say he does something that he can't undo), how can he restore back to originally state (As they don’t have remove last document state option, which a developer has)? Do they need to wait until the document is reloaded? Obviously, refreshing the browser does no good. Again, I am not talking of copied objects or linked objects here, but the original one. Any pros with any insight on this one? Thanks, Siddharth
At Access Point, click on "View Details" button.
Then try "Remove last document state" and see if it works
Hi,
The User doesnot have the option to get to access point. He will be provided with a standalone URL, from a portal.
So 'Remove last doc state' doesnot exist for him.
Guess, I mentioned it in my post.
Hi Siddharth,
You could, as a QMC admin, try to remove the server bookmark assigned to the user, which restores the session state. Another option is to simply prohibit Session Recovery, but that would be global.
