Is there any restriction with 9.0 test server license apart from appearing test in the object.

From the QVS Reference Manual, page 211: A special license type has been created for use with QlikView Server for test purposes. A QVS running with such a license will have the full feature set and performance, but the word "Test" will be superimposed on all charts and added to all object captions.

You can't use "license lease" feature with a TEST server neither.

Hi Vlad, does it means that if you have for example WorkBench, Publisher and PDF on production server - you will instantly have those licenses on Test Server without any extra costs - just for the cost of Test Server?

You are right. But I will add to this you can do everything apart from license leasing
