Scroll Bar on left side of straight table

moving the scroll bar from the right side of the table to the left?

I believe it is not available. However, could you please shade some light on what difference it will make by changing the position?

     No real difference outside of what Management asked to see.

The difference is, if it's a super wide chart, it's easier to scroll to where you want to be.
