Services not started after update to QV11 SR2

Since i have updated our QV11 server to QV11 SR2 2 of the services are not started according to the QV admin console.

Under Windows services all the QV services are started.

Basically i have done the following:

-Run QV11 SR2 installation

-Wait

-Restart the server

-Start the QV admin console and see that DSC and QVWS are not started. Under windows services they are.

The account the services run under is member of local admin and password is OK.

Does anyone had this problem and have a solution(or some directions)

Have you tried updating the license from the QV server?  Sometimes that helps.  Did you browse the logs to see of there are any clues in there?  I have also gone into the properties of each service and manually input the service account information.

Hi, Is your problem resolved. I am also facing the same issue.

Have upgraded from QV 10 SR 4 to QV 11 SR 2 build 11440. DSC and QVWS services are down in the QMC but in service they are up and running. Not sure what the issue is !

are you using same same license to some other server.

or have you run skype on same port 80.

if so please uninstall skype

or apply license one place.

I have same licenses on other server. but all services are stopped so there should be no issues. Prior to QV 11 SR 2 I had QV 11 SR 1 and it was working fine (obviously when all QV services on other server are stopped).  I am having QVWS running on port 80, nothing else.

did you make service mannual where you stop the services.
