Shared Collaboration issue when using HTTPS

Hi All

I have a client with an externally hosted QlikView 11 server. When using session collaboration, only users that are licensed and local users on the box can click on a link without being prompted with a login window. Local authentication is being used in this configuration

I have tested this with another client who is using only HTTP and it works fine. Anybody  sent the session collaboration link can access without being prompted with a login window

Any ideas about what is happening here?
