When does the support for 11.20 SR5 ends?

There are no official communications but it a quite recent release so I think not before 3 Years ...

9 months after release. The preferred remedy is to upgrade to a later/the latest SR, whichever is found to be the most reliable product.

Support for major releases ends two years after release of the next major version.

And be aware that Qlik can change/extend these product life times at any moment.

I think Qlik 11 version is going to be supported for some more years, recently they stopped supporting 10, check below link for updates
