I have installed Qlikview server in 2 machines by splitting the services.
QMC is installed in Server 1
I have purchased extra user CALS and Document CALS and tried to upgrade the license by entering LEF and Control Number
But I am getting the below error.
Server failed to set license: QVS@Server1: The checksum is invalid!QVS@Server2: The checksum is invalid!
Did you paste everything from your LEF file? The last line should have 24 characters.
Does the LEF file correspond to the serial no that you enter in the field at the top? That's easy to check: the serial no should be identical to the first line of the LEF.
Yes, I have copied the entire LEF and pasted
You didn't change anything in the LEF text? Like adding a few CALs or setting DMS to YES?
The LEF should be generated by the Qlik LEF server software, either manually by your partner or automatically by entering Serial No and Control number in QMC and pressing the Update License button.
You can't change it yourself!
I would suggest that you contact Qlik support, either via your partner or directly: firstname.lastname@example.org
i am have equals problem and the Update Licens Buttos is disabled, cant due resolvd the problem, please help me
