I have two customer sites and both sites are running Qlikview Server version 9 SR 5. I have had a few clients on these two sites complain to me that they are getting a message "Server Communication Lost" after a couple of minutes of inactivity. I have left all the timeouts set to the default after installation. Has anybody else experienced a similar issue and if so were you able to resolve the issue.
Set the "Maximum Inactive Session Time (seconds)" in your Document Properties, Server tab. Besides, go to the server's Enterprise Management Console, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Documents (on the right pane) and set a Document timeout there.
