Discussion Board for collaboration related to QlikView Deployment.
There is a problem with one of the user's login in AccessPoint having a Document CAL and permissions at the document publishing folder.
I believe it's because the login name includes dots.
For example, DomainName\JOHN.SMITH.
There is no trouble for other users, even users whose name includes spaces.
Have you dealt with a similar issue to this one? How can I solve this problem?

Finally we found out that the trouble was not related to the dot symbol, but to the communication with the user.
