Unable to Allow Document to Loaded by QlikView

I am looking into this at the moment, but if someone could help me out that has encountered this before I'd be grateful.

I have uninstalled the initial qvs version 9 and re-installed SR3.

I now want to serve a document (I have a single document licence) but the tickbox to 'allow document to the loaded by QlikView Server' is greyed out, so I cannot serve any documents.

In the upgrade documentation I did not see any mention of unmounting all documents prior to uninstalling, but I guess that's what I should have done - in hindsight!

Please can anyone suggest what I can do now to allow me to serve one document.

Sorry but your question is not clear, uninstall QVS, clear configuration folder and reinstall

I have the same issue on my server.

Can you tell me exactly what you did to solve it? Did you modify a configuration file, and which one? Did you reinstall the server?
