Unable to open the QVW on access point

Hi,

I have done a PoC on my laptop using a personal edition. I'm able to open that using QV desktop (leased license user) on our Test Server. However, I'm unable to open this QVW via access point. Please note that there is no section access or additional security that was set up. What should I do in order to make this QVW accessible via Access Point.

Thanks

Prasan

Hi,

I know you said section access isn't applied, but can you make sure the below (outline in RED) isn't checked.

Yes, i'm able to see the document in access point and it is in root folder. I get the below error after a minute.

"Failed to open document, you don't have access to this document. "

Ok,

Do you have publisher?

If yes, then add a your user while distributing application.

If not, then follow my discussion in the below thread.

Let me know if that works.

The folder level access and the document access is already assigned to the user(s). Also "Allow Dynamic CAL assignment " is checked.
