Upgrade from v10 to v11

I had QV10 Personal working OK on Vista.

I uninstalled it and installed QV11 R2.

Won't start - the Windows "QlikView 11.0 SR2 has stopped working" message.

Event log says:

Faulting application Qv.exe, version 11.0.11426.0, time stamp 0x509bc464, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18541, time stamp 0x4ec3e3d5, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000b06b7, process id 0x1068, application start time 0x01cdccb2b6443e9e.

Any ideas?
