Upon opening files online some users receive error message 'Failed to Load'

Some users cannot open files online. Users are logging on with Internet Explorer 7 and 8.  This doesn't happen all of the time for all users.  Is there a setting on Qlikview that I need to adjust?  Or do the users need to adjust a setting on their browser?

Are you trying to open in Ajax client or IE plugin client?

Hi,

     Do remember to add your QV Access Point URL into your IE's Compatibility list. It work for my case.
