Some users cannot open files online. Users are logging on with Internet Explorer 7 and 8. This doesn't happen all of the time for all users. Is there a setting on Qlikview that I need to adjust? Or do the users need to adjust a setting on their browser?
Are you trying to open in Ajax client or IE plugin client?
