User Preferences are not opened

Hello @ all

another tricky "feature" by Windows 7 Internet-explorer PlugIn:

I can not open the User preferences to change the user language.

As the short key ctrl-alt-U as well the menu item menu/change user preferences did not open the windows to change.

Any ideas?

Add the access point-site to "Trusted Sites" in Internet Options - Security
