User dont have access on qlikview 11 server but has on qlikview 10

I have an user who is not able to open file from windows 8 R2 machine but he can from windows 2003

Could you be more clear.

From where this user is accessing QlikView file from, is it via QlikView desktop or Access point in Windows 8?

obviously from access point

we have a two servers window xp and qlikview 10

and now we have windows 8  and Qlikview 11

same access has been given for both servers .is there any thing more required to set for windows 8

Nothing much can you confirm on which os QlikView 10 is hosted? Windows server 2003. 2008

and similarly on which os QlikView 11 is hosted? is it windows 2008, 2003, or 2012.

did you installed windows 8 and up installer on windows 8 OS?

This could be the issue. try to install windows 8 and up installer for Windows 8.

Is not best practice to have a Windows 8 OS machine as your host server, or maybe you are trying to say Windows 2012? In that case, what issue or errors does you end-user are getting?
