So I have a very strange situation -
We have quite a few reports up on Access Point which our end users can see. Today we updated a report and saved it, now end users are not able to see this report on Access Point. Nothing has changed as far as persmissions or anything else, go. We've done this hudreds of times with other reports with no issues.
What could be causing this, and how do I solve this problem?
Does the QV document have section access? If the section access table was changed and the user is not defined in Section Access they will not see the document.

I don't know what "section" access means.
Are you using DMS mode on server? (Qlikview server manages file access)
Do the users have read rights on the folder and on the file?
