I have not tested it but make sure the document is available in IE Plugin in the QMC, Documents, User Documents, click on the document, Server tab, Availability settings and that IE Plugin is allowed in the QMC, System, QlikView WebServers, AccessPoint, "Default preferred client" and that the path to it is correct.
If all the above is correct, I'd suggest you to log a case with Support. Please note that the SR2 is still beta and is not intended to be used in production yet, until the SR2 is made generally available in the Download page and so notified by the Product tem.
Good to hear in any case but, as far as I'm concerned, it does not happened when I have upgraded or installed that release of QlikView 11. Maybe is something related to the old plugin? Some garbage in the Windows Registry?
