V11 to v12 Upgrade: Possible Change?

We recently upgraded from v11 to v12.20 and are starting to see some changes.  Wondering if anyone can tell me if the issue described below stems from the upgrade.

Issue: Calculation condition worked in v11, web view.  In v12, it works as desired/the same in development, but changes in Web View or in a browser.  Instead of displaying 'Please filter to under 100,000 policies', it changes to Calculation Condition Unfullfilled.

The calculation condition is: =if(count(Policy)>100000,0,1), and the error message: Please filter to under 100,000 policies
