Pardon my limited knowledge but I have been tasked with customising one of the web pages on Access Point, and I am unable to determine which specific HTML/asp/etc. document it is that I need to address.
The page or form I'm specifically after is the one that is displayed when Access Point times out. It displays "Reconnecting" and "Lost connection to server". During the deployment of Qlikview we customised it to a certain degree by adding our customer's logo to the page, but unfortunately all knowledge of how this was done was lost when someone left the company.
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction?
