Webparts - conditions of licensing

a question:

Do I need a Qlik licences for users who are using views on shrepoint? For example: I have some users who only using already designed reports by sharepoint, do I need to buy licenses for them?

Yes,
The same licensing applies to users if consuming qvw documents through web parts, so you need either User CAL:s, Document CAL:s or Session CAL:s.

Without a proper CAL you're not able to access the qvw document on the server, hence cannot consume it using web parts.
